4. Monthly Retainer Services

For services that are billed on a monthly retainer basis:

  • You may cancel your service at any time, but refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the billing cycle.
  • All services provided in the current billing cycle will be completed as per the agreement, and no partial refunds will be given.
